1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Elyxo (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Elyxo is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Service.
4. Beta / early-stage nature
Elyxo is an early-stage product. The Service may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice.
- We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
- We may temporarily or permanently suspend parts of the Service.
- We may perform maintenance that affects availability or data presentation.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
Elyxo supports authentication via third-party providers (such as Google, Discord, Twitch) and email/password. We do not receive your passwords from third-party providers.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- • Post hateful, violent, or illegal content.
- • Share private personal information of others.
- • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas.
- • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
- • Disrupt the Service (DDoS, spam, automated abuse).
- • Scrape or harvest data at scale without permission.
- • Use bots in ways that degrade the Service for others.
- • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
- • Use Elyxo for unlawful purposes.
- • Circumvent enforcement or moderation actions.
7. User content
Elyxo allows users to post content such as posts, threads, wikis, news entries, LFG entries, links, and media embeds. Content may be public by design.
You are responsible for what you post and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.
You grant Elyxo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service.
8. Moderation and enforcement
To keep Elyxo safe and usable, we may moderate content and enforce these Terms. This may include:
- Removing or restricting content
- Limiting features (posting, commenting, etc.)
- Suspending or terminating accounts
Users may be able to report content for review. We do not guarantee that all reported content will be removed.
9. Third-party links and embeds
The Service may include links to third-party sites and embedded content (for example, YouTube or Twitch embeds). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Intellectual property
Elyxo and its branding, design, and original content are owned by the Operator or licensed to the Operator.
Elyxo may display game-related information sourced from third parties. Trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Elyxo is a discovery and community platform. Any information shown (including dates, prices, availability, or deals) may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify details with official sources.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
In any case, the Operator’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also be able to delete your account through the Service settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
